Data deletion

You can remove SocialGrid’s access to your Instagram account, or ask us to delete all your data, at any time. Here’s how.

Disconnect an Instagram account in SocialGrid

1. Log in to SocialGrid.
2. Open Instagram accounts in the sidebar.
3. Choose Disconnect next to the account.

We stop collecting that account’s data and delete its access token straight away, then delete the rest of its Instagram data within 30 days.

Remove SocialGrid in Instagram

1. In the Instagram app, go to your profile and open Settings and activity.
2. Open Website permissions, then Apps and websites.
3. Find SocialGrid under Active and choose Remove.

Instagram tells us when you do this, and we delete that account’s data the same way. If you asked Instagram to delete your data, you get a confirmation code you can use to check on the request.

Delete everything

To delete your SocialGrid account and all your personal data, write to privacy@endtechventures.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my data”. We confirm by email and delete your data within 30 days.

We keep invoices and payment records for as long as Indian tax law requires, then delete them. Everything else is removed. See our privacy policy for details.
