Cancellation and refund policy

This policy explains how cancelling and refunds work for SocialGrid plans sold by EndTech Ventures. It is part of our terms of service.

Free trial

New businesses get the Business plan free for 14 days. No card is needed and nothing is charged. If you don’t choose a plan, you move to the Free plan when the trial ends.

Cancelling

• You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing in the app.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then moves to the Free plan.
• Your posts, media and reports stay in your account on the Free plan.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: payments aren’t refunded for the month already started, including partly used months.
• Yearly plans: if you ask within 7 days of a yearly payment, we refund it in full. After 7 days, yearly payments aren’t refunded.
• Charged by mistake: if you were charged twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged the wrong amount, we refund the extra in full.
• Service problems: if SocialGrid was unavailable for a long time because of a fault on our side, write to us and we will make it right with a refund or credit.

To ask for a refund, write to billing@endtechventures.com from your account’s email address with the invoice number. We reply within 2 working days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, through Razorpay in India or Creem outside India. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. The GST on a refunded payment is refunded with it.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, your plan keeps working for 7 days while you update your payment details. After that, scheduled posts are put on hold until the payment goes through.

Delivery

SocialGrid is software delivered online. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. Your plan is active as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, and you get an invoice by email.
