Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and EndTech Ventures, 138, Devprayagam Colony Phase-2, Jhalwa, Prayagraj 211012, Uttar Pradesh, India("we", "us"), for using SocialGrid at https://app.socialgrid.endtechventures.com (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use SocialGrid for a business, you confirm you can agree to these terms for it.

1. Who can use SocialGrid

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You need an Instagram Business or Creator account that you own or are allowed to manage.
  • You must give us accurate details and keep them up to date.

2. Your account

Keep your login details safe and tell us straight away at support@endtechventures.com if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

3. What SocialGrid does

SocialGrid lets you plan, schedule and publish posts to Instagram, see insights and create reports. It works through Instagram’s official API, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.

  • SocialGrid is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta or Instagram. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
  • Meta decides what its API allows and can change or limit it at any time. Some features may stop working or change as a result, and we can’t control Instagram’s availability.
  • Some posts can’t be published automatically, for example posts with music or stickers. For these, SocialGrid sends you a reminder to finish the post in the Instagram app.
  • You must also follow Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. If Instagram restricts your account, SocialGrid may not be able to publish for it.

4. Your content

You own the photos, videos, captions and other content you add to SocialGrid. You give us permission to store, process, resize and convert it, and to publish it to the Instagram accounts you choose at the times you choose, only to provide the service to you. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for anything already published to Instagram.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you publish, including music, images and the people shown or tagged, and that it doesn’t break any law or anyone else’s rights.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • publish anything unlawful, harmful, misleading, hateful, or that infringes others’ rights;
  • send spam, or use SocialGrid to break Instagram’s rules or limits;
  • connect accounts you aren’t allowed to manage;
  • try to get around plan limits or security, probe or overload our systems, or access other customers’ data;
  • copy, scrape, resell or reverse-engineer the service; or
  • use SocialGrid to collect data about other Instagram users.

6. Publishing

We work hard to publish every post on time and only once. Publishing still depends on Instagram working and on your Instagram account being connected and in good standing. A post can be late or fail because of Instagram outages, API limits, an expired connection, or content Instagram refuses. When that happens, SocialGrid tells you and lets you retry. Check important posts on Instagram.

7. Plans, trials and payments

  • New businesses get the Business plan free for 14 days, with no card needed. If you don’t choose a plan by the end of the trial, you move to the Free plan.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown on our pricing page and exclude GST, which is added at checkout.
  • Payments in India are processed by Razorpay, and outside India by Creem. Their terms also apply to your payment.
  • If a renewal payment fails, your plan keeps working for 7 days. After that, scheduled posts are put on hold until the payment goes through.
  • We may change prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and it applies from your next renewal.
  • The Free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page and may change.

8. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel any time from Billing in the app. How cancellation and refunds work is set out in our cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Suspending or ending your account

You can stop using SocialGrid at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, don’t pay, put the service or other customers at risk, or if the law or Meta requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

10. Our service and intellectual property

SocialGrid, its software, design and brand belong to EndTech Ventures. These terms give you the right to use the service while your account is active; they don’t transfer any ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything.

11. Changes to the service

We improve SocialGrid all the time and may add, change or remove features. If we remove something important from a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.

12. Disclaimer

We provide SocialGrid with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce particular results such as followers, reach or sales.

13. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows:

  • we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for problems caused by Instagram, Meta or other third parties; and
  • our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us for SocialGrid in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs if a claim is made against us because of content you published through SocialGrid or because you broke these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, email you at least 15 days before they take effect. If you keep using SocialGrid after that, the new terms apply.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If we can’t resolve a dispute by talking to each other first, the courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, have exclusive jurisdiction.
