Billing questions
Is GST included?
Prices are shown before GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and shown on your invoice. Add your GSTIN in Billing to claim input tax credit.
How does the free trial work?
Every new business gets the Business plan free for 14 days, with no card needed. If you don’t choose a plan by the end of the trial, you move to the Free plan. Posts you already scheduled still go out.
How can I pay?
In India: UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking, billed in rupees through Razorpay. Outside India: card payments in US dollars through Creem.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Choose a plan from Billing in the app. If you’re moving from one paid plan to another, write to billing@endtechventures.com and we’ll switch you over so you don’t pay twice.
What if a payment fails?
Your plan keeps working for 7 days while you update your payment details. After that, scheduled posts are put on hold until the payment goes through.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Your plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. See our cancellation and refund policy for details.
